Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Jason's New York Style Pizza, you’ll be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve taking orders, answering questions, handling inquiries, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at our store. Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Take phone, online, and in-person orders accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and promotions to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upselling & Promotions: Suggest additional items or special promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, ensuring all customer-facing spaces are neat and inviting.
