Position Overview
Team Leaders assist management in running shifts, providing new hire training and support to crew members, and ensuring quality service and food preparation standards are met. Will deliver top-tier customer service and have good communication skills. This position will require a mix of days, evening and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Assist with food preparation, quality control, and adherence to recipes and portion guidelines.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Team Support: Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are confident and capable in their roles.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address challenges or issues during your shift to maintain efficient operations.
- Opening/Closing: Train and grow into a key-holder, assisting the managers with opening and closing when needed.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and customers.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lead a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
