Position Overview
Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food and excellent customer service? As a Shift Manager at Jason’s New York Style Pizza, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring the smooth flow of service, and creating a positive and productive environment for both team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold Jason's Pizza's high standards.
- Operations: Manage food preparation, quality control, and adherence to recipes and portion guidelines.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience, addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Team Support: Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are confident and capable in their roles.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address challenges or issues during your shift to maintain efficient operations.
- Financial Duties: Oversee cash handling, close out the register, and report shift financials accurately.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and customers.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lead a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
