Schedule: FT, Day & Evening Shifts,

Fridays & Saturday required

Pay: $15.50 + tips (avg $3/hr)

Pay increases after 90, 120 & 180 days.

Crew Members at Jasons Pizza are responsible for the accurate making of all menu items, and the preparation work of all ingredients. This employee will assist in other functions of the restaurant, including but not limited to: registers, phone, oven tending, assisting with stocking. Crew Members will foster a positive attitude towards customers, coworkers and vendors.

In addition to leading our staff, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of the operation. Much like a captain of a ship is responsible for the actions of the crew, so will the General Manager be responsible for the actions of the crew of our pizzeria. Tasks and duties will include training, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining. Administrative duties will consist of hiring, daily paperwork, portion control, inventory, and marketing of new menu items.

As a Shift Manager in Training, you will learn to lead our crew members in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards. You will work closely with our management team to develop the skills needed to oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and motivate team members.
